- User's tickets
- Acknowledgements received
- Marketplace posts
- User's posts
- User segmentations
- Assignment as responsible for forms and ticket topics
- References to the user in dynamic fields
- Presence in chats of all types
- Time off policies
What information is kept when a user is deleted?
- Comments in Feed, News and Acknowledgements
- Responses to Forms
- Acknowledgements granted
- Signed personal documents
- Answers to surveys are also kept (but are not counted, they only appear as a complete answer).
- Everything uploaded in the Admin (Trainings, Documents, Surveys, Forms, etc).
It is important to clarify that deactivated users have a cost, as an active user.
