It is currently possible to send an automatic message to each collaborator on 2 specific dates:

1. Birthday
2. Work anniversary day

Requirements to activate the automation of sending birthday celebrations through the bot

The conditions of the automatic message are as follows:

• Birth and hiring dates must be previously uploaded in Humand for the flow to work correctly.
• It is sent automatically at a certain time (i.e.: 9 am CDMX time) configurable by the community.
• Sent through the Chat module.
• Sent by a bot type user (whose name and avatar can be configured from Humand Admin).
• The message can include a text and/or an image
  
  • It must include either 1 image or 1 text.
  • The message can be parameterized with the name of the collaborator: Happy Birthday {firstName} {lastName}!
• It can be differentiated by segmentations (differentiate the message that goes to Operational collaborators from the message that goes to Administrative collaborators).
  
  • Only 1 segmentation must be chosen (for example: Operators vs. Administrative vs. Managers) but no more than 1 can be chosen to differentiate (Operators and North Region vs. Operators and South Region, etc.).

• At the moment you can't add personalized gifs since only GIFs from the Giphy library are supported.
