Admin Panel Permissions: Permissions for administrators

Backoffice permissions allow you to assign different levels of access to Humand Admin.

This means that administrators can control and adjust different functions according to the permissions you grant them. In other words, you can customize permission types to create custom administrator roles based on the specific needs of your community.

 

 

We share with you the different permissions within the administrator and what each one allows:

Manage users:
This permission will allow us to enter the Administrator Panel and view the "Users" segment. From there we will be able to:

  • Create, delete and modify new users individually.
  • Make bulk uploads of users.
  • Perform bulk user deletions.
  • Bulk Assignment of Managers.
  • Create Group Chats.

Manage user permissions:

This permission will allow you to grant other permissions to community users from the Administrator Panel.

Manage Groups:
This permission will allow you to enter the Administrator Panel, "Groups" segment. From there we will be able to:

  • Create new Groups individually
  • Bulk segmentation of users in Groups.

Manage Segmentations:
This permission will allow us to enter the Administrator Panel, segment "Segmentations". From there we will be able to:

  • Individually create new Segmentations and Segmentation Items.
  • Modify user segmentation.
  • Bulk uploads of segmentations and items.
  • Bulk segmentation of users.

Manage Regions and Sites:
This permission will allow you to enter the Administrator Panel, segment "Regions and Sites". From there we will be able to:

  • Create and modify sites.
  • Add users to the sites.

Manage magazine articles:
This permission will allow us to enter the Administrator Panel, segment "Magazine". From there we will be able to:

  • Create new magazine articles.
  • Edit already uploaded articles.
  • Delete already loaded articles.
  • Segment already loaded articles.

Manage ticket channels:
This permission will allow us to enter the Administrator Panel, "Ticket Channels" segment. From there we will be able to:

  • Create, edit and delete new Ticket Channels.
  • View statistics of the current Channels.
  • Modify agents assigned to each channel.

Manage Acknowledgements:
This permission will allow you to enter the Administrator Panel, "Acknowledgements" segment. From there we will be able to modify:

  • Recognition categories.
  • Exchange periods.
  • View the community's redemptions.
  • Permissions and number of acknowledgements to grant.
  • Statistics.

Manage products
This permission will allow you to make exchanges.

Manage forms:
This permission will allow us to enter the Administrator Panel, "Forms" segment. From there we will be able to modify:

  • Create, edit and delete community forms.
  • Activate/deactivate forms already created.
  • Modify the Approval Flows of a form already created.
  • Download reports with the answers of each form.
  • Access the Responses panel to identify completed Requests.

Manage Surveys
This permission will allow access to the Administrator Panel, "Surveys" segment. From there we will be able to modify:

  • Create, edit and delete Surveys.
  • Activate/deactivate Surveys already created.
  • Download reports with the answers of each Survey.
  • View percentage of responses for each Survey.
  • Resend notifications to users who have not yet responded to each Survey.

Manage files
This permission will allow you to enter the Administrator Panel, segment "Files". From there we will be able to modify:

  • Create, edit and delete Files and folders from the community's Files.
  • Search and access all uploaded files.
  • Segment new files.

Manage widgets:
This permission will allow us to enter the Administrator Panel, "Widgets" segment. From there we will be able to modify:

  • Create, edit and delete the community's widgets.

Manage knowledge libraries:
This permission will allow us to enter the Administrator Panel, segment "Knowledge Libraries". From there we will be able to modify:

  • Create, edit and delete Knowledge Libraries of the community.
  • Reorder the list of Knowledge Libraries.
  • Segment Knowledge Libraries.

Manage trainings:
This permission will allow us to enter the Administrator Panel, segment "Trainings". From there we will be able to modify:

  • Create, edit and delete community chapters and Trainings.
  • Re-order the list of trainings.
  • Activate/deactivate the community's trainings.
  • Assign trainings to users.

Manage Onboarding:
This permission will allow us to enter the Administrator Panel, "Onboarding" segment. From there we will be able to modify:

  • Create, edit and delete tasks and groups of tasks in the community.
  • Reorder the list of tasks within each group.
  • Download the reports with the users' activity.
  • Download reports with user responses.
  • Bulk assign tasks.

Manage Personal Documents:
This permission will allow us to enter the Administrator Panel, segment "Personal Documents". From there we will be able to modify:

  • Create, edit and delete personal documents uploaded to the community.
  • Filter uploaded documents for viewing and downloading.
  • Notify users who have documents pending signature.
  • Create new document folders.
  • Make bulk document distributions.

Manage Time off:
This permission will allow, from the Administrator Panel, to enter the "Time off" module. We will have the option to modify:

  • Create policies and types of policies.
  • Segment policies to users.
  • Adjust user balances, individually or in bulk.
  • Have access to the Balances section, without being part of the approval flows.

Manage Settings:
This permission will allow, from the Administrator Panel, to enter the "Settings" module. We will have the option to modify:

  • Community name.
  • Support email.
  • Community logo.
  • Terms and Conditions.
  • SSO Login
  • Active/Inactive Modules
  • Birthday and Hiring Anniversary notification schedule.
  • Global user permissions
  • Configuration of profiles.
  • Dynamic user fields.

Manage Performance Reviews:
This permission will allow us to enter the Administrator Panel, "Performance" segment. From there we will be able to:

  • Create or edit evaluation cycles.
  • Activate or deactivate evaluation cycles.
  • Create or edit templates.
  • Create or edit questions.

Manage Courses:
This permission will allow, from the Administrator Panel, to enter the "Courses" module. We will have the option to modify:

  • Create, edit or delete Courses.
  • Activate or deactivate courses.
  • Obtain Course reports.
  • Send reminder push notifications.

Manage Goals:
This permission will allow, from the Administrator Panel, to enter the "Goals" module. We will have the option to modify:

  • Create, edit or delete Goals.
  • Activate or deactivate Goals.
  • Obtain reports of Goals.
