The timeline of an evaluation cycle at Humand, in which managers and supervisors actively participate to ensure effective and timely evaluation of subordinates, consists of two instances:

1. The administrator initiates the cycle and the managers complete the evaluations of their subordinates.

2. The manager completes the cycle and administrators share the evaluations with their subordinates.
