If you need to update the initial passwords of all or some users in your community, you can perform a bulk upload by overwriting the passwords. This way, you can set a new initial password for them again. To do this, you can follow these steps:
1. Log in to Humand Admin.
2. Go to the Users section.
3. Select the option "Bulk upload of users".
4. Click on "Download the spreadsheet loaded with the data of existing users".
5. Then, click on "Download Spreadsheet". Once open, fill in the new password for those users you wish to update.
6. When filling out the spreadsheet, please note:
- For security and privacy reasons, when downloading the spreadsheet there is no information in the password column.
- If you leave the password field empty for some users, these users will not have their password changed (neither the default nor the custom password).
- However, in the rest of the columns, the cells left empty in the excel will be loaded empty in the user's information.
- For this process, we advise you not to modify any cells except the password cells.
7. After editing the spreadsheet, only having modified the passwords, select the file to upload, choose to "overwrite the information" and click "Complete".
8. Finally, click on "Complete".
9. Done! After the upload has been completed, only the initial passwords of the desired users will have been updated.
After uploading, you can see on the Status column if the data upload was successful:
