To add a new region you must follow these steps:
1. Log in to Humand Admin.
2. Go to Regions and Sites.
3. Click on "+ Add Region".
4. Then, follow this step-by-step:

Add a name and description of the region.

Establish the corresponding holidays and public holidays. It is important to load the information correctly because when a collaborator requests holidays or leave, this information is used to calculate the number of days requested.
You have two ways to set holidays for the new site:

Importing holidays
By choosing the country and year, you can import official holidays from our database. If you do not wish to have any of the listed holidays, just make sure that the box is not checked.

Add holidays
From here you can load a holiday manually. To do this you must assign a name to it and select the date in the calendar on which it is celebrated.

Finally, assign to the new site the users who will be part of it. You can add them by searching individually for each collaborator, or by using the segmentations created in your community (filters).
5. Done! You have successfully created a region.
