The Time Tracking module works as a solution for time recording, designed so that collaborators can register their working hours and supervisors can visualize and download reports with said information.
This is achieved through optimizing three main human resources processes:
- Records of hours worked
- Monitoring of hours worked
- Facilitate the process of settlement of hours worked
Once the Time Tracking module is active, the collaborators will be able to access the Clock Card ⏰ in order to indicate which office they will be starting or finishing their working day (if the user is not assigned to any office the system will not generate location alerts). The device will use the geolocation and mark the start and finish of the working day.
