How do I set up the Time Tracking module in order to star using it?

To start setting up the module, the necessary permits need to be assigned to the users who will manage it. This will allow assigned users to make the general settings and to access the collaborator's time records.

To set up the module you have to:

1. Log in to Humand Admin

2. Go to Users

3. Open the settings of the user you wish to assign the permits to and go to the Permits section



 



4. Finally click on Manage attendance control, and then Save

 

5. That's it! As long as the user has the Attendance control permits they will be able to manage the module

Lastly, in order for the module to work properly we have to make sure that users are assigned to their respective regions and sites. This will allow alerts to be created for when the user's time records differ from their usual work locations.
