When editing a user name you may get a “User already exists” warning.
This is because the user exists, but has been deleted.
In Humand it is possible to restore deleted users, so the user data, even if it has been deleted, is still in the database using this information, and it is not possible to have two users with the same data in the community.
In order to use the original user data you must follow these steps:
1. Log in to Humand Admin.
2. Go to the Users section.
3. Select “Create user”.
4. Use the same data of the deleted user. In this way we restore the deleted user (for example, user: 12345678).
5. Once the user has been re-established with its original data, you must modify the data (for example, user: 12345678b) so that this domain is released and can be used.
6. Finally, delete the user again.
7. And that's it! The original user data should now be released.
