How to assign a collaborator to a work schedule?

Once the work schedules have been created in the community, it is possible to assign collaborators to them individually. To make the assignment you must follow these steps:

1. Log in to Humand Admin.

2. On the left menu, go to the Users section.

3. Select the user you want to assign to a work schedule and click on their advanced settings ⚙️.





4. Within the user's settings, in the “Job” section, we can find the option to select Work Schedule you want to assign.




 

5. If you wish to add a work schedule or change the settings of an already created one, you can click on “Configure work schedules”. This will take you to the Work Schedules section and you can edit or create new ones.

6. After selecting the working schedule to which you want to assign the user, click “Save”.

 

7. And that's it! The collaborator is now assigned to the selected work schedule.
