Within the experience surveys, one of the user fields that we must have previously configured are the Departments. These are categories in which we can assign collaborators so that they are divided by area when viewing the survey responses.
It is important that the Departments are correctly assigned before carrying out the surveys since they will function as the “label” that appears under the name in the Team or Direct Manager view. If you do not have this label you will lose the context of what area the collaborator is linked to.
To create new departments we must perform the following steps:
1. Log in to Humand Admin.
2. Go to the “Settings” section.
3. Click on the “Departments” tab.
4. Click on "+ New department".
5. Next you will need to set a name and a description (optional) for the department. Then click on “Create department”.
6. Done! You have successfully created a department.
