To add or modify a user's department individually follow these steps:
1. Log in to Humand Admin.
2. Go to Users.
3. Identify the user and click on their advanced settings ⚙️.
4. Within the “Job” section complete the “Department” field by selecting one of the previously created options. Then click on "Save".
5. Done! You have now assigned a collaborator to his or her respective department.
