What are the different types of incidencies generated in the Time Tracking section?

Once collaborators begin to track their working hours, these records can be viewed in the Time Tracking section of Humand App.

The records will be visible divided by day, week, fortnight and month.

You will be able to see:

  • Number of hours worked
  • Number of scheduled hours
  • Total balance
  • Incidences generated

The “Incidences” section will include those alerts that the system generates automatically by comparing records with the time schedule of each employee.

The incidences that are generated are the following:

Incidences Description
Absence It is generated if there is no time entry on a day that has a time schedule.
Late Indicates if the first punch-in was performed after 15 minutes of the scheduled start time.
Outside location It is generated if at the beginning or end of the working day the employee was clocked out of the assigned location.
Overtime It is a nominal value of the difference between hours worked and hours scheduled. If there are no scheduled hours for that day, no overtime is calculated.
Underworked This is a binary value that indicates whether the number of hours worked was 30 minutes less than the number of hours scheduled.
