When it comes to downloading a report of our collaborators' time records, there are two possible options.

- Detailed report
Below we will detail what each one consists of and what their differences are:

This type of report contains the sum of the records for a selected period. It shows all the data and incidences of the record per collaborator, and brings information about:
◦ Hourly record (worked - scheduled - balance - extra time - rest day hours - holiday hours - Sunday hours)
◦ Unjustified absences: this is generated if there is no time entry on a day that has a time schedule.
◦ Out of location: indicates if the marking location is different from the selected site location.
◦ Noncompliance: indicates if the number of hours worked was 30 minutes less than the number of hours scheduled.
◦ Tardiness: indicates whether the first punch-in was performed after 15 minutes of the scheduled start time. -
This type of report contains the records of each collaborator's workday. It shows all the data and incidences of the record and brings information about:
◦ Clock in and clock out time
◦ Hourly record (worked - scheduled - balance - extra time - rest day hours - holiday hours - Sunday hours)
◦ Extra time (hours)
◦ Time off/Holidays
◦ Unjustified absences: this is generated if there is no time entry on a day that has a time schedule.
◦ Out of location: indicates if the marking location is different from the selected site location.
◦ Noncompliance: indicates if the number of hours worked was 30 minutes less than the number of hours scheduled.
◦ Tardiness (hours): indicates whether the first punch-in was performed after 15 minutes of the scheduled start time.
