The integration of the goals within the performance evaluations allows the evaluation managers to visualize and rate the goals of their employees when completing the evaluations.
The display and grading of goals will only appear in downward evaluations.
To configure this integration you must follow the steps below:
1. Log in to Humand Admin.
2. Go to the Performance > Templates section.
3. When creating or editing a template, the user will see an option to enable the inclusion of goals in the evaluation form.
4. Once active, you must select with which answer type the goals questions will be answered (it can be any of the currently existing answer types for the questions). All the goals will have the same answer type, meaning the answer type chosen will apply to all the objectives of the evaluated user.
5. Once the template is configured, we go to the “Review Cycles” section. When creating a new evaluation cycle, in the template selection stage, those with objectives included will be included.
6. Selecting a template with Goals within the configuration of a cycle will activate a new step that allows you to choose the cycle of goals that will be evaluated in that performance evaluation.
This gives the user the flexibility to evaluate Goals from previous years in a performance review, for example.
7. When this option is active, the user's goals will be displayed when the form is displayed for evaluation. The evaluator will see the name of the goal, its progress status and will have the possibility of accessing its detail screen to obtain more data if necessary to evaluate it.
8. And that's it! You've integrated your community's goals into your performance evaluations.
