How do I set up designated approvers for my collaborators?

It is possible to set up an designated approver for the users of your community, so that the approval flows of the different modules do not depend exclusively on the relationship between direct manager and subordinate. To configure this assigned approver, you must follow the steps below:

1. Log in to Humand Admin > Users.

2. Identify the user and click on their advanced settings ⚙️.

 

 

3. Then click on the "Job" section. Next, you will be able to complete the Designated Approver field, establishing the user who will be responsible for the approval flow of procedures carried out by this user. This field is optional.



 

4. Once you have completed the field, click on Save, and you're done!


 

6. You will be able to configure this approver in other modules, such as Time Off.
