In the time control module, you can now view employees' time records and make edits to them. By accessing the control module within the Time Control section, you can perform the following actions:
- View time records and clock-in coordinates
- Edit time records, their locations, and comments
- Create new records and manually start the clock for an employee
- View incidents, locations, and missed clock-ins
This way, the module not only serves to view time information but also allows you to make corrections and manually upload information to the system.
To view and edit a specific user's records, follow the steps below:
1. Log in to Humand App.
2. Go to the Time Control section.
3. Here, you can choose whether you want to view the total records for the day, week, or month.
4. We can filter the records by Status or by Incidents.

We can also add filters by Locations and Segments.
5. If we want to view detailed records of a user, we need to click on the detail arrow.
6. Then, once in the control module, we can access the details of each day by simply clicking on it.
7. Once inside the details of the selected day, we can create a new record by clicking the "New Record +" button.
8. When creating the new record, you will have the option to:
- Set the employee's clock-in and clock-out times
- Select the location, if assigned, where the record will be made
- Add additional notes
9. Once the data is completed, click "Create Cycle", and that's it! A new record has been created.
From the mobile version of Humand, supervisors and admin users will be able to view their entire team along with information on their worked hours, planned hours, and incidents of the day and past days. It also allows managers to see which employees are supposed to work and if they are meeting their attendance requirements.
