How do I add or remove users from an already started evaluation cycle?

Those users who have administrator permissions will have the possibility to add or remove evaluees within an already started evaluation cycle.

If a user is removed from the cycle and re-added all previous evaluations will be lost and must be performed again.

To do this you must follow the steps below:

1. Log in to Humand Admin.

2. Go to the Performance > Review Cycles section.

3. Select the cycle to which you want to add the users.


 

4. In the Evaluations > Reviewed section, a button will be displayed to manually add new evaluees once the cycle has started.

 

5. Clicking on the button will display a side panel with a text field to fill in the name of the user to be added. Just select the user and then click on “Add”.

 

6. On the other hand, if you need to remove a collaborator from the cycle, simply click on the 3 dots button of the user you want to remove, and then select “Remove from review cycle”.


Please note:

• The evaluators of these new users will be added automatically (ex: if the cycle has self-evaluation and descending he and his leader will be added as evaluators).

• If the user is added in evaluation instance and the cycle has Peers and/or Externals, this user will no longer be able to be evaluated in these directions (since the selection instance has already ended).

6. And that's it! The new users have now been added or removed from the evaluation cycle.
