The program is divided into two reward milestones: when the initial meeting with your referral is completed, and when the referred company officially becomes a Humand client.

Humand reserves the right to determine if a referred contact is valid and meets internal requirements.
Once the lead is validated and the meeting with our team is completed, you’ll receive a 🎁 $50 Amazon Gift Card.
2️⃣ Phase Two: Closed Sale! 🍾
If your referral signs a contract with Humand, the rewards scale based on the size of the company. In this stage, both you and your community win.

- Admin Panel: Log in to Humand Admin, go to the "Earn HuCoins" section, and enter your referral's details by clicking "+ Add Referral".
- Direct Contact: Contact your Account Executive to provide the referral's contact information.
By uploading a referral's data to the platform, the referrer declares under their own responsibility that: (i) they maintain a prior professional relationship with the registered contact, and/or (ii) they have the express or implicit consent of the third party for Humand to contact them for commercial purposes.
Humand shall not be held liable for the improper use of third-party data uploaded without proper consent.
Validation: Meeting rewards are delivered once Humand validates the meeting as effective.
Delivery: Closed sale rewards are processed once the new client (referral) makes their first payment to Humand.
No Limits: There is no referral limit! You can introduce as many companies as you like and accumulate rewards.
Humand reserves the right to evaluate and determine if a referral meets the requirements to be considered valid, even when the conditions listed above are met.
Prizes detailed in this program will be delivered in their original format or, when Humand deems it appropriate, replaced by an Amazon Gift Card for an amount equivalent to its market value at the time of delivery.
Humand will not assume any responsibility for taxes, withholdings, contributions, or any other fiscal obligations that may fall upon the beneficiary as a result of receiving the prize; such responsibility lies exclusively with the recipient.
