The Humand Referral Program allows our customers to easily refer other businesses and earn rewards in HuCoins, our exclusive reward currency.

For every business that is referred and becomes a Humand customer, the referring community will earn HuCoins. These are cumulative, so the more referrals, the more HuCoins they can earn.

All Humand customers can participate in the Referral Program by completing a form available in the Humand admin panel. In the event that a customer directly wishes to schedule a call between the referral and Humand, they can contact their Success Account Manager and he/she will provide a meeting link.

How do HuCoins work?

HuCoins are the reward currency used in the Humand Referral Program, which do not belong to an individual user, but to the community of the referring company. HuCoins are cumulative, they will be increased when a referral becomes a Humand customer and decreased when redeemed for any of the available rewards.
HuCoins can be redeemed for rewards that will make the Humand community experience even better:

• Additional modules
• Customized reports tailored to the needs of the community
• Exclusive awards
• Specialized training

How do I refer?

To refer a company you must follow the steps below:

1. Log in to Humand Admin.

2. Go to the Earn HuCoins section and click on "Add Referral".

3. Complete the referral data in the form.

4. Our team will contact the referrals and, in the meantime, you will be able to view the status of the referral within the same panel.

5. When one of the referrals becomes a Humand customer, HuCoins will be credited to the corresponding community. This will happen when the new customer (the referral) makes his first payment to Humand.

All referrals received will be reviewed by our Customer Success team. Referrals who are already Humand customers or who have been previously referred in the past will not be considered valid.

How are HuCoins calculated?

The HuCoins that will be credited to the community after one of the referrals becomes a Humand customer depends on the following parameters:

• If you refer to a company between 0 and 250 users, 500 HuCoins will be credited
• If you refer to a company between 250 and 1000 users, 1,000 HuCoins will be credited 
• If you refer to a company with more than 1000 users, 1,500 HuCoins will be credited 

Program Modifications and Termination

Humand reserves the right to terminate the program without notice or modify these terms and conditions to adapt them to regulations that may arise, technical needs or strategic decisions of the company. Any changes made will be communicated through Humand's Help Center.
