From any article or sub-article created in Knowledge Libraries, you can access the main metrics related to content views. To access these reports, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to Humand Admin.

2. Go to the Knowledge Libraries section.

3. Enter the article or sub-article in question and click on "View report".

4. Once inside, you can view the following main metrics:

• Total views: the total number of times an article was viewed
• Unique views: the number of unique users who viewed the article
• Total downloads: the number of times any attached file associated with an article was downloaded
  
  

5. You can also see a table of metrics grouped by the segmentation groups created within the community: 

• Total views: the total number of times an article was viewed.
• Unique views: the number of unique users who viewed the article.

6. Finally, you can see the interactions of collaborators with the article over time.
