How do I create a time tracking policy?

To create a new tagging policy, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to Humand Admin.

2. Go to the "Tagging Policies" section.

3. Click on "+ New Policy".


 

4. Once inside, you need to complete the following sections:

  • You need to set a name and an optional description. This is the basic information to identify and understand the purpose of the policy.

  • In this section, you need to set up the clock-in methods that employees will use (the clock-in methods will be activated for your employees based on their assignment).

  • Here, you need to set up the module's automations (like notifications sent to users or the automatic closing of the time clock).


  • Finally, you should (optionally) assign collaborators to the policy. You can assign all community collaborators or select specific ones.

5. Once everything is set up, click the "Create Policy" button, and you're all set! You can start managing it now.
