Approval agents can manage employees' vacation and leave balances, and in doing so, generate reports on them. To access these reports, follow these steps:
1. Log in to Humand App.
2. Go to the “Vacations and Leave > Management” section.
3. From the "Balances" tab, the approver can view each user's available time and time already used according to the policy type.
4. From here, you can download a report with all the information:

- First and Last Name
- Username
- Policy Type
- Policy
- Available Time
- Time Used
By clicking on Advanced Options, you can download a report with additional information you configure for both the requests made and to know the employees' balances. The information you can add to the report includes:

- Add request fields to the report.
- User segmentations.
- User profile fields.
- Choose the report format.
