How do I download historical data from the Query Channels module?

The Inquiry Channels module will no longer be available starting March 28. It will be replaced by Service Management, offering you an enhanced experience with all the features you already used and much more! For more information, contact your account executive.

To access and download the historical data from the Inquiry Channels module, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to Humand Admin.

2. Go to the Inquiry Channels section. There you can see all the channels you have in your community.

 

3. To download the data for all tickets associated with each Channel, click on the three dots located on the left margin of each channel. Then, click on "Download Filtered Excel."

 

 

4. There you can select which segments or profile fields you want to include in the report you're about to download. You can include whatever you need.

 

5. You can also select, if you wish, the date range you want the report to cover.

 

6. Finally, click on Download and a report with all the inquiries for the selected channel will be downloaded.

Repeat this process for each channel in your community and save these reports for any eventuality.
