How do I manually assign tasks to a user?

To manually assign Onboarding tasks to a user, follow these steps:

1. Log in to Humand Admin.

2. Go to the Users section and enter the profile of the user you want to assign the task to.


 

3. Once inside, in the "Onboarding" tab, you can see the tasks assigned to the employee. To assign a new task, click on "Assign tasks".


 

4. Next, you'll have the option to choose whether to assign an existing task or create a new one.

 

  • Selecting "Task Library" will give us the option to choose the task we want to assign to the user, including tasks that apply to the user's segmentation and those that don't.

                         

  • Selecting "Individual Task" will take us to the page to create a new task.
