How does the approval workflow in the Goals module work?

It is possible to set up an approval flow for the creation of goals within the community, in order to have a closer following on them. Administrators will be able to turn the flow on or off according to the goal generation mode required by the community.

To activate or deactivate the approval flow you must follow the steps below:

1. Log in to Humand Admin.

2. Go to the Goals section.

3. Within the Configuration tab, you can activate or deactivate the option.

From the Humand App, leaders have the possibility to approve the goals created by their collaborators. Goals can have the following statuses:

    • Draft: Goals can be viewed and edited by the responsible collaborator and his or her leader. They have no impact on performance evaluations.

    • In progress: The goals can be viewed by the responsible collaborator and their leader but can only be edited by the leaders. These are the goals that will be displayed in the performance evaluation.

⚠ Once approved: Collaborators cannot edit the goal, only managers can edit it. Goals cannot be returned to draft status.

For a leader to approve the goal created by one of his collaborators, he must follow the steps below:

1. Log in to Humand Admin.

2. Go to the Goals section, and enter the goal in Draft status.

3. Once inside, after reviewing the details of the goal, you can approve and publish by clicking on “Publish”. And that's it! The goal is now in progress.
