With Humand Kiosk, you can clock in and out of your workday using facial recognition. The process only takes a few seconds and is automatically recorded in the system.
To be able to clock in, your company must have at least one linked terminal and you must be assigned to a clock-in policy.
-
On the main screen of Humand Kiosk, find your name in the list or use the search bar to filter it faster. Then tap your name to continue.
-
Once you've selected your name, the Kiosk will activate the camera to recognize you. Stand in front of the camera and wait for the verification to complete.
Humand checks that the captured image is of a real person in front of the camera (liveness validation). If the validation fails, your clock-in won't be recorded: try again and make sure you're positioned correctly.
-
After verification, choose whether you want to start or end your shift. Your clock-in will be recorded automatically.
Double clock-in protection: If the Kiosk detects that you were identified twice within 5 seconds, it will automatically ignore the second entry to prevent duplicates. No further action is needed.
Once you've clocked in, the next employee can start the same process from the Kiosk's main screen.
