Administrators can reset a user's progress in a course so they can start it over from scratch. To do this, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to Humand Admin.

2. Go to the Courses section.

3. In the course list, select the course in question and click on the three dots button, then click "View report".

4. Once inside, in the "Report by collaborator" section, you can see the list of individual course progress. Here, click on the three dots and then select "Reset progress".

5. And that's it! The collaborator's progress has been reset so they can start it over from scratch.
