With Humand, you can create drafts on behalf of someone else, who will need to review and approve them for the post to be published on the Wall or Group under their name. To do this, follow the steps below:
-
1. Log in to Humand App.
2. Go to the "Draft for review" section under "Communication".
In this section, you can create new drafts (only enabled for draft creators), manage existing drafts (both draft creator and final author), and view completed drafts.
3. To create a draft, select the "+ Create" option.
4. First, you need to select the user you want to assign as the final author of the post. The person you select will only receive a notification when you send the post for approval.
5. Then, you need to select where the post will be displayed; it can be on the community wall or in a group you share with that user (the option to post on the Wall will only be available if the final author has the “Create posts on the wall” permission enabled).
6. Finally, complete the content of the post, and once it's ready, you can click "Send for approval".
7. And that's it! Once the draft is created, it will be in “Pending approval” status, available for the final author to review, edit if desired, and approve.
8. The user listed as the final author will have the option to review and approve the post.
