The signed documents generated by a user (such as receipts) are retained on the platform even after the user has been deleted. However, they can no longer be identified by name and will appear as belonging to a "deleted user".

If you need to download those documents with identifiable information visible, we recommend doing so before deleting the user.

If you have already deleted the user, it is still possible to recover the documents by temporarily restoring the user.
