From the Learning module, you can create paths consisting of multiple courses, ensuring a more guided and structured training experience for employees.

To create a new path, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to Humand Admin.

2. Go to the Learning > Paths section.

3. Select the “Create path” button.
 

4. Once inside, you must follow the steps below:

• The first step is to fill in the basic information:
  
  - Name (required)
  - Description (optional)
  - Cover (optional) → If you don't upload one, a Humand cover will be used by default.
  
  

• The second step is to select the content (courses) that will be included in the path. To select a course, you need to search for it by name. All courses that already exist in Humand and are in Active status will appear there. 
  
  
  
  As courses are selected, their content can be viewed as a reminder. They can also be removed from the route. 
  
  

  It is important to note that in order to successfully create the path, you must select two or more courses. Once selected, they can be reordered using the icon on the left.
  
  

• In the third step, configurations are made regarding the route:
  
  - Path type: Mandatory or Optional
  - Sequential order between courses or free
  - Deadline (expiration)
  - Push notifications
  
  
   
• In the fourth step, the path assignment must be defined, that is, who must or can do it.
  
  The assignment may be based on:
  
  - Segmentation groups
  - Specific contributors
  - All contributors in the community
  
  

• This step shows everything configured in the previous steps as a final review before publishing the route.
   

  
  
   

5. Done! You have successfully created the path.
