The Learning module within Humand centralizes everything related to training within our community. It consists of two sections:

• Courses: the functionality to create and manage community courses.

• Learning paths: a tool for structuring training.

  

This module aims to enable employees and administrators to easily find everything related to training in a single space. In turn, the Learning Paths section offers a structured and progressive way to complete training aligned with professional development goals or organizational needs.
