From Humand Admin, we can determine if the use of a terminal is for all employees or only those at a specific location, also ensuring that records are automatically associated with the corresponding cost center in the reports.
To associate a terminal with a particular location, follow the steps below:
1. Log in to Humand Admin.
2. Go to the Attendance Control > Kiosk Terminals section.
3. Edit the terminal you want to manage.
4. At the bottom section, click where it says "Associate terminal with location".
5. Once inside, you can select the location you want to associate. Then click "Apply".
6. Finally, save the changes made to the location, and you're done! The location is now associated with the terminal.
