How do I manage attendance for a learning session?

When a session is published, one of the actions you can take is to manage attendance. To do this, go to the Learning > Sessions section and select the "Manage Attendance" option.


This process changes depending on whether the session has ended or not.

➡️ If the session hasn't ended yet

On the screen, you will see:

  • Statistics
    • Assigned collaborators
    • Attendance confirmation (when a session is published, the collaborator can confirm attendance or leave the response pending)
  • Session summary
    • The session details summary is shown on the right
  • Collaborator search
  • List of collaborators
    • First and last name
    • Confirmation status (pending or confirmed)
    • Attendance

The actions in this case are disabled because they are used to mark the collaborator's attendance at the session, and if it hasn't ended yet, attendance cannot be marked.

➡️ If the session has ended

On the screen, you will see:

  • Statistics
    • General attendance → Attendees / Assigned
    • Participation → Confirmed / Actual attendees
    • Attendance → Attendees / Absentees / Unconfigured
  • List of collaborators → Attendance management is enabled, which can be:
    • Manual → Mark if a certain collaborator was present or absent
    • Mass → Use the multi-select in the first column
