How to Create a Job?

From the Recruitment module, you can create jobs to manage your hiring processes. The creation process is divided into three steps: general setup, process stages, and review.

To create jobs, you need the Manage Recruitment permission.

  1. Go to admin.humand.co and access Recruitment.
  2. Click "New job" to start creating a job.

  • In this section, you can set up:

Process Stages screen when creating a job

There are two types of stages:

Fixed stages — defined by the system, with special behavior in the candidate view:

    Stage Behavior
Profile review Displays the candidate's resume.
Offer Allows you to upload the offer letter document and record if it was sent to the candidate and on what date.
Offer accepted Allows you to upload the offer letter signed by the candidate.

Custom stages — created with the Add stage button. You can add as many as you need (e.g., Initial interview, Technical assessment, Manager interview).

You can't have two stages with the same name within the same job. There is no maximum limit for custom stages.

  • The last step shows a complete summary of the job setup before opening it.

    From this screen, you can:

    • Edit any previous step without losing the data you've already entered.
    • Save the job as a draft to open it later.
    • Open the job right away to start receiving candidates.
