How do I download course completion certificates?

To download the completion certificates for a course, just follow these steps:

1. Log in to Humand Admin.

2. Go to the Learning > Courses section.

3. Click on "View report" for the course you want.

4. When you select the "Download" button, click on the "All certificates" option.

5. Finally, enter the email address where you want the certificates sent (they’ll be sent in a ZIP file), and click "Confirm download". That’s it!
