How to Create and Set Up a Competency Profile

A Competency Profile lets you group different competencies within a common structure, so you can then assign them to employees or community segments.

Here’s how to create, edit, and delete a competency profile:

  • Go to admin.humand.co and access the Competencies section.

    Inside this section, you’ll find the Competency Profile subsection.

  • To create a profile:

    1. Go to Competency Profile.
    2. Click Create profile.

    3. Fill in the Name and Description fields.
    4. Assign the competencies related to the profile. These must be created beforehand in the "Competencies" section.

    5. Assign the employees associated with the competency profile.
    6. Save your changes.

    You can add or remove competencies from the profile at any time.

  • To modify or delete an existing profile:

    1. Go to Competency Profile.
    2. Find the profile you want to update.
    3. Click the three dots (⋯).
    4. Select Edit to change the name or description, or Delete to remove the profile.

    If you edit a profile, the changes will affect all users who have it assigned. If you delete a profile, users will no longer have the competencies that were included in it.

Creating profiles makes management more organized and scalable, so you don’t have to assign competencies one by one.
