A Competency Profile lets you group different competencies within a common structure, so you can then assign them to employees or community segments.
Here’s how to create, edit, and delete a competency profile:

Go to admin.humand.co and access the Competencies section.
Inside this section, you’ll find the Competency Profile subsection.

To create a profile:
- Go to Competency Profile.

Click Create profile.
- Fill in the Name and Description fields.

Assign the competencies related to the profile.
These must be created beforehand in the
"Competencies" section.
- Assign the employees associated with the competency profile.
- Save your changes.
You can add or remove competencies from the profile at any time.

To modify or delete an existing profile:
- Go to Competency Profile.
- Find the profile you want to update.
- Click the three dots (⋯).
- Select Edit to change the name or description, or Delete to remove the profile.
If you edit a profile, the changes will affect all users who have it assigned. If you delete a profile, users will no longer have the competencies that were included in it.
Creating profiles makes management more organized and scalable, so you don’t have to assign competencies one by one.
