To view the metrics of a group post, you need to:
- Go to the group and click on the three dots on the post you want.
- Go to the “Analytics” section
- The author of a post can view the metrics for their own post.
- Group administrators can view the metrics for posts made by other members.
What information do the statistics show?
“Summary” Section
- Viewed by: number of users who saw the post.
- Total reactions: total number of reactions.
- Total comments: total number of comments.
- Download file: lets you export the full details of the metrics.
“Audience” Section
Lets you see details about the users who interacted with the post.
You can filter by views, reactions, and comments, including the following information:
- First and last name
- Username
- Date of interaction
- You can download the report with all the details.
For views, the date of the first view will be shown.
For reactions or comments, the last update will be shown.
