Users with editing permissions in knowledge libraries can perform actions on the content they manage.
| Action | Description |

| Create sub-articles | Add new sub-articles within an existing article you have permission to edit. |
| Reorder sub-articles | Change the order of sub-articles within an article. |
| Duplicate articles and sub-articles | Create a copy of an article or sub-article to use as the basis for a new one. |
| Manage notifications | Turn notifications on or off for articles assigned to you for editing. |
These actions are only available for articles where the user has editing permission assigned.
