When setting up the steps of an onboarding flow, you can include experience surveys that are automatically sent to employees at a specific point in the process.

• To use this feature, the survey must already be created in the People Experience module as a "workflow-based survey."

  1. Go to admin.humand.co.
  2. Click on Onboarding.
  3. Select the onboarding flow you want to edit or create a new one.
  4. Add a new step and select the type Experience Survey.

     

  5. Choose the previously created survey you want to send or create one on the spot and fill in the details.

  

  6. Click Save.

The timing for sending the survey is set in the onboarding step where you created the action to send the engagement survey.
