You can upload a single document and send it at once to multiple collaborators, the entire company, a segment, or specific individuals, with the option to notify them and request an electronic signature. The sending process runs in the background, so you don’t have to wait for it to finish.
To send a different document to each collaborator, use the Multiple Document Sending workflow. This workflow is for when the same file goes to all recipients.

Go to Admin Panel → Personal Documents and select the single document sending option.

Upload the document: choose the file, the document type, and the destination folder where it will be saved for each recipient.

Select the recipients using one of these criteria:
- Entire company — automatically assigned to all collaborators.
- Segmented audience — collaborators from one or more segments already created in Humand.
- Specific collaborators — manually select specific individuals.

Set up electronic signature (optional): enable the signature request for the document using the same signature system already available in Documents.
- Review the summary and confirm the send. The document is duplicated for each recipient and the sending process runs in the background.
