When setting up the rating for a performance cycle, you can define a custom scoring scale to tailor the evaluation range to your company's needs.

• The custom scale is set up within the cycle settings, in the ratings section.

  1. Go to admin.humand.co → Performance → Cycles.
  2. Select the cycle you want to configure or create a new one.
  3. Go to the Ratings → Scale section and choose the Custom option.
  

• When you select Custom, enter the scoring range you want to use:

  Field	Description
  Starting value	The minimum value of the scale (starting point).
  Ending value	The maximum value of the scale (top score).

  Once you've entered the values, save the settings to apply them to the cycle.

  Values must be whole numbers between 0 and 1000. The ending value must always be greater than the starting value.

  

  Once the cycle is launched, all evaluations in the cycle will use the configured custom scale. The scale cannot be changed while the cycle is in progress.

Using a custom scale gives you the flexibility to adapt the evaluation process to your company's internal criteria, while keeping ratings consistent throughout the cycle.
