Competency weighting lets you define how much each competency counts toward the evaluation of a profile. You can automatically distribute the weight equally or set it manually.
- Go to Competencies and open the profile you want to set up.
- Go to the profile's weighting section.
- Choose between automatic equal distribution (all competencies have the same weight) or manual weighting (you set the percentage for each one).
- If you chose manual weighting, enter the percentage for each competency. The total must add up to 100%.
- Click Save.
The weight you set for each competency directly affects the calculation of the final evaluation score.
