How do I request time off using my Time bank?

The Bolsa de horas is a type of Time off policy that pays back with time off the extra hours you logged in Time entries. If your community has it enabled, you can check your balance and request time off directly from it.

    1. Go to Apps → Time off. Along with your other policies, you'll find the Bolsa de horas card with your available time.
    2. Tap the card to see the detail: current cycle, time used, and available time.
    3. Tap Request.

On the request form, Bolsa de horas already appears selected as the request type. Fill in the duration (less than a day or more than a day) and the rest of the details, then send the request.

The request follows the same approval flow the administrator configured for this policy. Once approved, the balance is deducted automatically.

Unlike other policies, the Bolsa de horas doesn't reset or get prorated periodically: time is only added when you log it in Time entries and it's credited to your balance.

If you request more time than you have available, the request may be blocked or require special authorization, depending on whether the administrator enabled a negative balance for this policy.
