From a collaborator's digital file, you can view all of their personal documents without leaving their profile: see how many are uploaded and how many are pending signature, browse their folders, and download each file. The information is organized with the same folders the collaborator sees in the Personal documents module.
-
- Go to Users and open the collaborator's digital file.
- In the digital file's side menu, click Documents.
At the top, you'll see a summary with three indicators:
Indicator What it shows Total documents Number of documents uploaded for the collaborator. Pending signature Documents the collaborator still needs to sign. It's marked with an alert dot when there's at least one. Signed Documents the collaborator has already signed. Below, under Folders, you'll see the folders that contain at least one document, with the number of files in each. Folders with documents pending signature also show the alert dot. Use the icons on the right to switch between grid view and list view.
-
- Click the folder you want to view.
- Review the files at that level in the table, which shows each document's Name, Last modification, Size, and Status (for example, Pending signature).
- Click the download icon on the right of the row to download the file.
If the folder has subfolders, they're shown as cards above the file table. At the top, you'll always see the full path from Documents to the folder you're in (for example, Documents / Payslips / Payslips 2025). Click any level of that path to go straight back to it.
Folders, subfolders, and files inside a folder are sorted from newest to oldest.
-
Click the file name to open it in the viewer. From there, you can browse its pages, adjust the zoom, or click Download.
To upload new documents or organize the collaborator's folders, click Go to Personal documents at the top of the section, or see How do I upload files to the Personal Documents module?
