How do I connect Sammy to Knowledge libraries?

When you connect Sammy to Knowledge libraries, Sammy uses the articles you choose to answer employees' questions: internal policies, benefits, handbooks and any other content you already published in your libraries.

    1. Go to admin.humand.co and open Sammy AI → Knowledge base.
    2. Under Connected apps, click Knowledge libraries.

Only enabled articles appear in the list. Drafts, empty articles and inactive articles can't be added.

  • When an employee asks a question related to an enabled article, Sammy answers with that information and may mention the article it took it from.

Keeping your articles connected to Sammy lets employees find answers instantly, without having to search the libraries.
