How do I deactivate users in the community?

Deactivating users from the community means that their data and activity on the platform will not be deleted, but they will no longer be able to log in with their username and password, and they can be re-entered without having lost all their information.

To do this you must follow these steps:

1. Login to Humand Admin.

2. Go to the Users section.

3. Select the collaborator you wish to deactivate and enter their profile settings.

 

 

4. Once you are in the user's settings, click on the three dots button (⋮), and then on "Deactivate user".

 

 

5. Done! You have successfully deactivated the user, who will no longer be able to log in to the platform.
