It is possible to send all types of files including:
- Audio messages
- .PDF and .ZIP files
- Images
- Videos

Yes, in order to make each user's experience pleasant when downloading and viewing each file, we currently have a 100mb limit for each file sent within the Chats module.
In addition, within our Humand App, you can send 1 file at a time unlike Humand Web where it is possible to make a multiple selection.
- Yes, only chat members have access to the conversation.

Chat information is stored in Humand's database, but Community Administrators have no access to or record of chat conversations, as they are private conversations.

For the end user the chat history is never deleted. And in Humand, once 1 week passes without the user entering a chat, we delete the record from the database.

This can be defined by the community administrators, thanks to a permission that can be granted to all or only to certain users. If you want to know how to activate this permission, you can consult: How do I give users permission to create group chats?

There is currently no chat segmentation, so it is not possible to limit who writes to whom.
