  • Yes, in order to make each user's experience pleasant when downloading and viewing each file, we currently have a 100mb limit for each file sent within the Chats module.

In addition, within our Humand App, you can send 1 file at a time unlike Humand Web where it is possible to make a multiple selection.

  • Yes, only chat members have access to the conversation.
  • Chat information is stored in Humand's database, but Community Administrators have no access to or record of chat conversations, as they are private conversations.

  • For the end user the chat history is never deleted. And in Humand, once 1 week passes without the user entering a chat, we delete the record from the database.

  • This can be defined by the community administrators, thanks to a permission that can be granted to all or only to certain users. If you want to know how to activate this permission, you can consult: How do I give users permission to create group chats?
