How do I create new agents?

To register new agents to manage Service Management requests, you must follow the steps below:

1. Log in to Humand Admin.

2. Go to the Service Management > Agents section.

3. Click on “+ Create Agents”.


 

4. Once you have selected the users you want to register, click on “Select” and that's it! They will be assigned as agents.
