    - A new comment is made on the request.

  • Notifications are sent to users when:

    - There is any update in the status of the request.
    - A new comment is made on the request.

  • The character limits of the forms are:

    Section titles: 50 characters
    Descriptions: 250 characters
    Questions: 250 characters
